§ 1225 Water Appropriation Requirements

Except as provided in Article 2.5 (commencing with Section 1226) of this chapter, no right to appropriate or use water subject to appropriation shall be initiated or acquired except upon compliance with the provisions of this division. (Amended by Stats. 1974, Ch. 140.)
