§ 4154 Farm Labor Vehicle Registration

The department may not issue or renew the registration of a farm labor vehicle unless the owner of the vehicle provides verification to the department that the inspection required by Section 31401 has been performed. For these purposes, the department shall determine what constitutes appropriate verification. (Added by Stats. 1999, Ch. 557, Sec. 1.5. Effective September 29, 1999.)
