§ 2472 Grease Transport Licensing Rules

(a) It is unlawful for any person who is not a licensed renderer or collection center or registered transporter of inedible kitchen grease to transport that product from any place within this state to any place outside the borders of this state. (b) It is unlawful for any person who is not a licensed renderer or collection center or registered transporter of inedible kitchen grease to transport that product from any place outside this state to any place inside the borders of this state. (Amended by Stats. 2014, Ch. 595, Sec. 16. (AB 1566) Effective January 1, 2015.)
