§ 11407 Record Retention And Inspection

The business records required by Section 11406 shall be maintained for at least four years and shall be open to inspection by the department during normal business hours. The department may duplicate or make a record of any information contained in any of those records, which shall be for the official use of the department. All records shall be returned to the licensee not later than 30 days after receipt of the records by the department. (Added by Stats. 1990, Ch. 1196, Sec. 3. Operative July 1, 1991, by Sec. 4 of Ch. 1196.)
