§ 99661 Grant Application Requirements

Key Takeaways

  • •Government groups can ask for money to help pay for park or recreation projects.
  • •They must say exactly which rule allows them to get the money.
  • •If the project can get money from more than one rule, they must list all the rules and how much money they want from each.

Example

A city wants to build a new playground in the park.

The city can ask the state for money to help build the playground. They have to tell the state which rule says they can get this money. If there are two rules that could give them money, they have to say how much they want from each rule.
