§ 95190 Santa Barbara Transit Formation

Upon receipt of certified copies of the resolution or of a sufficient petition, the board of supervisors shall hold a hearing on the question of forming a Santa Barbara Metropolitan Transit District. The hearing shall be held not less than 20 days nor more than 60 days following the filing of such resolution or petition. A notice of such hearing shall be published at least twice in newspapers of general circulation in the proposed district. (Added by Stats. 1965, Ch. 1835.)
