§ 90795 City Agreement Approval Process

Key Takeaways

  • •If no one complains or if complaints are rejected, the board can approve the deal.
  • •The board must officially agree to the deal by voting on it.
  • •The deal only starts when the city signs it the right way.

Example

A city wants to build a new park and makes a deal with a company to do the work.
