§ 4354 Mobilehome Park Distribution Reports

Key Takeaways

  • •Every year, the person in charge of a mobilehome park must send a report about the park's gas or water pipes to the commission.
  • •The report must be sent at the same time as the yearly permit application for the mobilehome park.
  • •The report must use a special form from the commission and include only the info the commission needs.
  • •The commission will check the report for any problems with the pipes and might inspect the park to make sure everything is safe.

Example

Imagine you own a mobilehome park where families live in their trailers. Every year, you have to apply for a permit to keep the park running.

When you apply for the permit, you also have to send a report about the park's pipes that carry gas or water. You fill out a form from the commission, telling them how the pipes are doing. If the pipes are old or broken, the commission might come check them to make sure they are safe for the families living there.
