§ 40610 Transit District Consolidation Ballot

The ballots for the election shall contain substantially the instructions required to be printed on ballots for use at general state and county elections and in addition shall set forth the proposition of consolidation substantially as follows: Shall the Orange County Transit District be consolidated with the Southern California Rapid Transit District in accordance with and subject to all the terms and conditions of a consolidation agreement dated ____ now on file in the office of the Clerk of Orange County?
