§ 30943 District Bond Agreement Compliance

• •Any rules in agreements, leases, or equipment trust certificates must follow the rules in bond or note agreements.
• •If there's a conflict, the bond or note agreement rules win.
• •This is to make sure money owed on bonds or notes is protected.

A city leases out a building but has a separate agreement for bonds they issued to build it.

If the lease says something different from the bond agreement, the bond agreement rules must be followed to protect the money owed on the bonds.
