§ 29666 Bart Jurisdiction Limits

Nothing contained herein shall allow the San Francisco Bay Area Rapid Transit District, or any special service district formed hereunder, to exercise any jurisdiction, taxing, or otherwise, over any territory heretofore withdrawn from the San Francisco Bay Area Rapid Transit District pursuant to Chapter 10 (commencing with Section 29650) of the Public Utilities Code, or never annexed thereto pursuant to Chapter 9 (commencing with Section 29500) of the Public Utilities Code. (Added by Stats. 1965, Ch. 1495.)
