§ 28760 Director Oath Requirement

Each director, before entering upon the duties of his office, shall take the oath of office as provided for in the Constitution and laws of this State. A copy of the oath shall be filed with the secretary of the district and the Secretary of State. (Added by Stats. 1957, Ch. 1056.)
