§ 26686 Annexation Approval Process

If no protests are filed or the protests filed are overruled and denied by the board the board shall thereupon by resolution finally approve the terms and conditions and proceed with the annexation in the manner provided in this chapter. (Added by Stats. 1955, Ch. 1036.)
