§ 120352 Federal Transit Fund Reallocation

The board may receive any money pursuant to Chapter 53 (commencing with Section 5301) of Subtitle III of Title 49 of the United States Code for mass transit purposes, and reallocate that money for those purposes in accordance with federal law and rules and regulations. (Amended by Stats. 2005, Ch. 557, Sec. 23. Effective October 5, 2005.)
