§ 105333 Smart District Dissolution Ballot

The ballots for the election shall contain substantially the instructions required to be printed on ballots for use at general state and county elections and, in addition, the following: Shall the Sonoma-Marin Area Rail Transit District be dissolved? YES NO (Added by Stats. 2002, Ch. 341, Sec. 4. Effective January 1, 2003.)
