§ 103108 Board Member Terms

Except for the terms of office of the members of the first board, the term of office of each member shall be four years and until the appointment and qualification of his successor. The members of the first board shall classify themselves by lot so that the term of office of four members is two years and of five members is four years. (Added by Stats. 1974, Ch. 502.)
