§ 103102 District Board Initial Meeting

Within 30 days after the adoption of the order declaring the district formed, the members of the board of directors appointed pursuant to subdivisions (a) and (b) of Section 103100 shall meet in the chambers of the board of supervisors. The date of the first meeting shall be prescribed by the clerk of the board of supervisors. At that meeting, the three members to be appointed pursuant to subdivision (c) of Section 103100 shall be appointed. (Added by Stats. 1974, Ch. 502.)
