§ 103001 San Mateo Transit District

It is necessary that a transit district be established in the County of San Mateo in order to meet the public transit problems of that county. Because there is no general law under which such a district could be formed, the adoption of a special act and the formation of a special district is required. (Added by Stats. 1974, Ch. 502.)
