§ 102416 District Employee Insurance Coverage

The district shall take steps as may be necessary to obtain coverage for the district and its employees under the workers’ compensation, unemployment compensation disability, and unemployment insurance laws of the State of California. (Added by Stats. 2021, Ch. 492, Sec. 26. (SB 598) Effective January 1, 2022.)
