§ 102203 District Tax Levy Authority

Subject to the provisions of Article 7 (commencing with Section 102330) or Article 8 (commencing with Section 102350) of this chapter, the district may levy, and collect, or cause to be collected, taxes for any lawful purpose, as provided by law. (Amended by Stats. 1977, Ch. 948.)
