§ 239 Governor Guard Officer Transfers

The Governor may assign, reassign, or transfer commissioned officers and warrant officers from one organization to another or to the retired or the reserve list when deemed for the benefit of the California National Guard. The Governor may direct the Adjutant General to take any action under this section. (Added by Stats. 1986, Ch. 566, Sec. 1.)
