§ 1256 Notice Of Annexation Hearing

The notice required in Section 1255 shall state the fact that the board has fixed the time and place, which shall be stated in the notice, for a hearing on the matter of the annexation of territory to the memorial district. The notice shall describe the territory or shall specify the exterior boundaries of the territory proposed to be annexed to the district. (Added by Stats. 1961, Ch. 34.)
