§ 1736 Employee Whistleblower Confidentiality

During any investigation conducted under this part, the Division of Labor Standards Enforcement shall keep confidential the name of any employee who reports a violation of this chapter and any other information that may identify the employee. (Added by Stats. 1999, Ch. 302, Sec. 1. Effective January 1, 2000.)
