§ 147 Occupational Safety Standard Referral

The board shall refer to the Division of Occupational Safety and Health for evaluation any proposed occupational safety or health standard or variance from adopted standards received by the board from sources other than the division. The division shall submit a report on the proposed standard or variance within 60 days of receipt thereof. (Amended by Stats. 1979, Ch. 72.)
