§ 8827 Public Structure Removal Authority

Key Takeaways

  • •The city or county can remove things like decorations or additions on public property if they are dangerous or harmful to people.
  • •Before removing them, the city or county must give a warning and wait 60 days.
  • •This is to keep everyone safe and healthy.

Example
