§ 80825 Environmental Insurance Subsidy Limits

Key Takeaways

  • •The government will only give money to help clean up pollution if there's money set aside for it in the budget.
  • •The money must be specifically reserved for environmental insurance to help neighborhoods.
  • •If the money isn't available or wasn't set aside, no help will be given.

Example

A neighborhood wants to clean up an old, polluted park but needs money to do it.

The government will only help pay for the cleanup if they already planned and saved money for this kind of project in their yearly budget. If they didn't save the money, the neighborhood won't get help.
