§ 4748 Sanitation District Engineering Survey

Key Takeaways

  • •The district must hire experts to check the area's sewage and trash problems.
  • •The experts must write a report about current facilities and what needs to be fixed or built.
  • •The report should include plans, maps, and how much it will cost.

Example

A neighborhood has old sewer pipes that keep breaking and causing smelly floods.

The district hires engineers to look at the problem, write a report on what’s broken, and plan how to fix it. They also figure out how much it will cost and show it on a map.
