§ 41240 Mojave Desert Air Pollution Fees

The Mojave Desert district may adopt a schedule of fees, levied on permitted and other sources of air pollution to recover its costs of implementing this chapter, pursuant to Section 42311 and Chapter 7 (commencing with Section 44220) of Part 5.
