§ 41223 Mojave Desert Air Rules Hearing

Notice of the time and place of a public hearing of the Mojave Desert district board to adopt, amend, or repeal any rule or regulation relating to an air quality objective shall be given not less than 30 days prior to the hearing and shall be published in each county in the Mojave Desert district in accordance with Section 6066 of the Government Code. The period of notice shall commence on the first day of publication. (Added by Stats. 1992, Ch. 642, Sec. 4. Effective January 1, 1993.)
