§ 26124 Mold Identification Guidelines Notice

Key Takeaways

  • •The government must tell people online when they start making rules about mold.
  • •They have to list the books or info they're using to make these rules.
  • •People can send their own info about mold, but there's a deadline.
  • •Any info sent in can be seen by anyone who asks for it.

Example

If the government is making rules about how to spot mold in houses, they have to put a notice on their website.

They'll say what books they're reading to make the rules and let people send in their own ideas about mold. But you have to send your ideas by a certain date, and anyone can ask to see what you sent.
