§ 21 Director Definition Update

If you read an old health rule from 2006 that says the 'Director' must approve a new hospital, you might think it's the old 'State Director of Health Services'.

But because of this law, since July 1, 2007, the 'Director' in that rule actually means the 'State Public Health Officer'. So, the new hospital needs approval from the State Public Health Officer, not the old Director.
