§ 18064 Temporary License Suspension

The department may, pending a hearing, temporarily suspend the license issued to a licensee for a period not to exceed 30 days if the director finds that the action is required in the public interest. In any such case, a hearing shall be held and a decision thereon issued within 30 days after notice of the temporary suspension. (Added by Stats. 1981, Ch. 975, Sec. 3.)
