§ 131082 Public Health Duty Neglect

Every person charged with the performance of any duty under the laws of this state relating to the preservation of the public health, who willfully neglects or refuses to perform the same, is guilty of a misdemeanor. (Added by renumbering Section 100182 by Stats. 2006, Ch. 241, Sec. 21. Effective January 1, 2007. Operative July 1, 2007, by Sec. 37 of Ch. 241.)
