§ 13106 Fire Marshal Property Protection

During the existence of a fire, the State Fire Marshal may protect any property which is affected thereby until the arrival of the owner or claimant. If the owner or claimant does not take charge of the property within twenty-four hours, the State Fire Marshal may store it at the owner’s or claimant’s expense. (Enacted by Stats. 1939, Ch. 60.)
