§ 131020 Department Hiring Authority

All officers or employees of the department employed after July 1, 2007, shall be appointed by the director. (Added by Stats. 2006, Ch. 241, Sec. 34. Effective January 1, 2007. Operative July 1, 2007, by Sec. 37 of Ch. 241.)
