§ 1295 License Suspension Proceedings

• •If the state wants to take away, suspend, or refuse to give a special license or permit, they have to follow the rules in Section 100171.
• •If this law and Section 100171 say different things, Section 100171 is the one that counts.

A person applies for a special permit to sell food at a fair, but the state wants to deny it.

The state must follow the rules in Section 100171 when deciding whether to give the permit. If this law says one thing and Section 100171 says another, they must do what Section 100171 says.
