§ 129220 Advisory Loan Insurance Committee

The department shall establish an Advisory Loan Insurance Committee which shall be comprised of nine members, eight of whom shall be appointed by the director of the department. Of the nine members, seven shall be appointed from outside state government and two shall be appointed from inside state government. The Director of Finance shall appoint one of the members chosen from inside state government. The members of the committee shall be qualified in the field of financial analysis, management, operations, or construction, improvement, or expansion of health facilities. Those members appointed from outside state government shall be reimbursed one hundred dollars ($100) for each day spent in the performance of official duties. All members shall be reimbursed for reasonable and necessary expenses. (Amended by Stats. 2021, Ch. 143, Sec. 270. (AB 133) Effective July 27, 2021.)
