§ 128800 Department Control Of Assets

The department shall have possession and control of all records, papers, offices, equipment, supplies, moneys, funds, appropriations, land, or other property, real or personal, held for the benefit or use of the California Health Facilities Commission for the performance of functions transferred to the department by this chapter. (Amended by Stats. 2021, Ch. 143, Sec. 219. (AB 133) Effective July 27, 2021.)
