§ 128458 Mental Health Practitioner Fund

There is hereby established in the State Treasury the Mental Health Practitioner Education Fund. The moneys in the fund, upon appropriation by the Legislature, shall be available for expenditure by the Department of Health Care Access and Information for purposes of this article. (Amended by Stats. 2021, Ch. 143, Sec. 181. (AB 133) Effective July 27, 2021.)
