§ 128338 Foundation Reference To Department

Effective with the dissolution of the Health Professions Education Foundation, any reference to the Health Professions Education Foundation, or the Foundation, in this chapter shall be deemed a reference to the department. (Added by Stats. 2021, Ch. 143, Sec. 164. (AB 133) Effective July 27, 2021.)
