§ 125060 Voluntary Prenatal Testing Participation

The participation by any individual in the prenatal testing program shall be wholly voluntary and shall not be a prerequisite to eligibility for, or receipt of, any other service or assistance from, or to participation in, any other program. (Added by Stats. 1995, Ch. 415, Sec. 8. Effective January 1, 1996.)
