§ 117445 Registration Revocation Procedure

Any registration issued under this article may be revoked by the issuing health officer for cause on 10 days’ notice to the applicant. The notice shall be served by registered mail or in person at the latest place of residence or of business reported by the applicant. (Added by Stats. 1995, Ch. 415, Sec. 6.
