§ 115995 Violation Penalties

Every person who violates any provision of this article is guilty of a misdemeanor punishable by a fine of not less than ten nor more than four hundred dollars ($400), or by imprisonment for not less than ten days nor more than six months, or by both. (Added by Stats. 1995, Ch. 415, Sec. 6. Effective January 1, 1996.)
