Imagine your school wants to make a new rule about what snacks you can bring to lunch.

Before the school can make this rule, they have to talk to the lunch committee (a group of teachers and parents). The committee then has to vote on the rule, and at least six people in the committee have to say 'yes' to the new rule during an official meeting.
