In all laws and regulations, references to Chapter 4 (commencing with Section 113700) or the California Uniform Retail Food Facilities Law, shall mean this part or the California Retail Food Code. (Added by Stats. 2006, Ch. 23, Sec. 2. Effective January 1, 2007. Operative July 1, 2007, by Sec. 3 of Ch. 23.)
