§ 11352 Controlled Substance Transport Sale

Key Takeaways

  • •Moving drugs from one county to another far away county can get you in more trouble.
  • •Even helping someone else do these things is against the law.

Example

If you drive from Los Angeles to San Francisco to sell drugs to someone.

This is illegal because you are moving drugs from one county to another far away county, which can lead to more years in jail.
