§ 113045 Pet Food Advertising Rules

The term “advertisement” means all representations disseminated in any manner or by any means for the purpose of inducing, or that are likely to induce, directly or indirectly, the purchase of processed pet food. An advertisement shall be deemed false if it is false or misleading in any particular. (Added by Stats. 1995, Ch. 415, Sec. 6. Effective January 1, 1996.)
