§ 112130 Violation Penalties And Enforcement

Any person, whether as principal or agent, employer or employee, who violates any of the provisions of this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor punishable upon conviction by a fine of not more than one thousand dollars ($1,000), or by imprisonment in the county jail for not more than six months, or by both the fine and imprisonment. Each day’s violation is a separate and distinct offense. (Added by Stats. 1995, Ch. 415, Sec. 6. Effective January 1, 1996.)
