§ 111945 Daily Violation Penalties

In addition to injunctive relief, the court may impose as a civil penalty, damages up to a maximum amount of one thousand dollars ($1,000) for each day the violation is continued. Damages shall be paid one-half to the State Treasury, and one-half to the county where the action is brought. (Added by Stats. 1995, Ch. 415, Sec. 6. Effective January 1, 1996.)
