§ 111615 Drug Device Manufacturing License

Key Takeaways

  • •You need a special license to make drugs or medical devices in this state.
  • •The license lasts for two years and can't be given to someone else.
  • •The government can also make people who sell or bring in special eye devices get a license too.

Example

If you want to start a factory that makes pills or medical tools like glasses, you need to get a license first.

Without this license, you’re breaking the law, even if the pills or tools are really good. The license lasts for two years, and you can’t lend it to your friend to use for their factory.
